Analysing the self

Have you ever thought of your being in this world alive and awake?Most of us lead a life of an ordinary mortal.I am not talking from materialistic viewpoint.Whether you live in a humble home or a palatial bungalow it doesn't make much difference.

What's the difference between a street dog and a pet dog living in a palace with his master?I feel that the street dog is far better than the pet dog because he is 100% free.He can bark, walk, run play with other street dogs at will but not the pet one.
I have observed in many cinema theatres, spectators sitting in the front rows whistling, shouting and dancing at their favourite songs,scene or dialogue.People sitting in balcony rarely vent their feelings like the ones in 1st class{means front seats}.Have you ever thought about it?

We have been suppressing our feelings,emotions for years for the fear of society and hence we have forgotten how to express our true feelings of joy.I think the civilized man has forgotten the right ways of living life in true sense.We live life for the society,we often try to project ourselves what we aren't.

We habitually do many things for others.We try to please others even when we don`t like them.What a compulsion!!!!!Friends I am not preaching you{as someone has commented in my yesterday`s post}I am here just to tell you that try to look into within.Go to some natural and isolated {lonely}place on any day you like, be there all alone for few hours,sit on the grass, under a tree,sit on some rock, sit on a branch of a tree and ponder over your life.Ask yourself “Am I enjoying my life in real sense?” “Am I really healthy and happy?”

If you digest your food well, sleep sound sleep,can walk run easily,have no physical or mental problem then you can say that you are OK.And if you think that you are not ok then why? What could be done to become really “Healthy and Happy”?

Human being is considered the best creation of God among all living creatures and we are here to enjoy our life in true sense without disturbing others.

Nature is the best healer,in fact nothing heals better and faster than mother nature.The best doctor in the world is within our body but most of us are ignorant about it.

And this doctor is quite efficient and ever ready to cooperate with us whenever we want to do something.But due to ignorance we rush to external doctor when we get ill and we never trust our inner doctor.

The world has become a hypochondriac.We all need to learn about this wonderful doctor and his functioning.Almighty God has provided us a resilient and robust body and a resident doctor in it.Most of us know a very little about our self-healing mechanism.

Let`s learn how our this internal doctor works and what are his requirements.If we follow the basic laws of nature and health then we rarely get ill but whenever we go against them then we are first warned then punished.Someone has rightly said.

A Disease is the retribution of an outraged nature


What we can do to enhance and activate our inner doctor.We have to fulfil the fundamental requirements of our body to make it function to its optimum level.And the fundamental requirements are as below.

Eat well, sleep well,work well, Clean it well and laugh and enjoy a lot.

These are simple looking things but most of us do them wrongly.We ought to learn them in details.
